LAURIE RUBIN is president of Laurie Rubin Fine Art/MSFA, Inc. Before founding the business in 1993, she was a partner and director of Laurie Rubin Gallery and the Rubin/Spangle Gallery in New York. Although an art dealer by trade, Ms. Rubin was trained as an art historian and received a B.A. and an M.A. in Art History from Brown University.

Laurie's academic and commercial background has allowed her advisory services to range from curatorial ventures to market analysis. She has mounted over 75 solo and group exhibitions working directly with artists such as Frank Stella, Sean Scully and Dan Flavin. She has also served as an advisor for a prominent art investment fund since 1990.

Laurie is currently a trustee of the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT, and is integrally involved in launching the museum’s William L. Richter Art Wing, which will be open in Spring 2023. Advising clients on acquiring or deaccessioning important works of art remains her central focus.

MORGAN SPANGLE is currently Executive Director of the Dedalus Foundation (founded by the artist Robert Motherwell) and maintains a limited advisory role with Laurie Rubin Fine Art/MSFA Inc.

He began his career as an art dealer at the Richard Gray Gallery in Chicago, and then moved to New York, becoming a Director of the Leo Castelli Gallery, the foremost dealer of the Pop and Minimalist movements. He helped organize over 100 exhibitions around the world of works by artists such as Jasper Johns, Donald Judd, Dan Flavin, and Roy Lichtenstein. Morgan was also an advisor to the Estate of Leo Castelli on a wide variety of issues, including the donation of the Archive of the Leo Castelli Gallery to the Smithsonian Institution's Archives of American Art. Before co-founding MSFA Inc, he held the position of Vice President and Specialist in the Contemporary Art Dept. of Christie’s, New York, where he directed the department's efforts in Asia. He received a B.A. from Brown University and an MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Morgan currently serves on the advisory board for Magazzino Italian Art.
